2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work environment for hardworking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and back-hauls.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality inspections.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
