2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for store deliveries. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work both independently and within a team environment, and demonstrates a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines for essential functions.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
