Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
