2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will collaborate with your team and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence and safety standards are met. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
