2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM, with various schedules available to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, perform warehouse duties, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
