2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring efficient shipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, providing input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain warehouse standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
