2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking merchandise, fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and interacting effectively with peers and leadership. This role requires the ability to lift and handle products, operate industrial equipment, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for efficient storage.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
