2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers have access to the quality items they love. As a part-time position with less than 30 hours per week, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas within our warehouse. Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and strive to achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical mobility throughout the warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
