2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a comprehensive training program to ensure our associates' success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communication with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
