2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
