2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
