2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $25.75 and involves efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are well-supplied to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while striving for continuous improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
