2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment while unloading incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and address quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt positively to challenges, and deliver excellent performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
