Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments according to warehouse guidelines. A positive attitude, collaboration skills, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Assist in process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
