2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to achieve our operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company procedures, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
