2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
