2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
