2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
