2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise strategically.
• Cleans warehouse and maintains safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts and communicates effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provides input for process improvement.
• Inspects product quality and assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follows safety guidelines and reports issues.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborates effectively with team members.
• Adapts positively to challenges and change.
• Delivers excellent performance and achieves goals.
• Interprets and applies policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment safely.
