2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
