Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Warehouse team members play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure customer satisfaction. The position involves a variety of responsibilities from stock selection and relocation to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrates conscientious work behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical fitness to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
