2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. As part of the 2nd shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and a drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in varying temperatures.
