2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best service. You will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with comprehensive training and safety programs to support you.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute insights for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
