Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
