2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure optimal functioning.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership effectively.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, adhering to standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, moving, and operating equipment. Work in varying temperatures and environments.
