2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
