Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and support warehouse management goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
