2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure success in your role and contribute to our team's efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
