Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills required.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
