Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' enjoyment. Your responsibilities will include stock selection, merchandise organization, loading, cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership to enhance warehouse processes. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience in physical labor and warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking in varying temperatures.
