3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and job-specific competencies, demonstrating reliability, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in your work.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
