3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations, from receiving and selecting products to preparing shipments for our stores.

Position Type

• Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.25 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning, inventory counts, and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
