Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules for inventory management.
- Verify product receipt and address any discrepancies.
- Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
- Support efficient storage and fulfillment of store orders.
- Communicate and fulfill store needs and handle communications with partners.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensure inventory operational controls, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
- Assist in achieving budget goals and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
- Conduct inventory counts and lead inbound deliveries inspections.
- Provide administrative support and assist in personnel training and development.

Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and perform warehouse tasks.
