3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 45 hours per week and a starting salary of $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes for compliance with guidelines and implement improvement action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to create a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
