Job Description

We are looking for a talented 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a recognized leader in the industry. This full-time position offers an average of 45 hours per week, starting with a competitive salary of $85,000 per year. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel to ensure timely product receiving, selection, and shipping.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide direction, motivation, and support to warehouse teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to apply ALDI Acts competencies, including positive attitude, resilience, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
