Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading retail company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Develop action plans to improve operations results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with operational areas and communicate necessary information.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and performance standards.
• Lead, plan, and facilitate warehouse associate meetings.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employee performance.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and operational safety.
