3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. You will play a key role in achieving warehouse efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Conduct general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate and exchange information with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
