ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe and damage-free freight handling.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performances of team members.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on collaboration, excellence, and safety.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related field desirable.
• Supervisory experience is preferred along with knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills required.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively.
