General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and manage resources for timely, safe, and damage-free loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback to workers.
• Maintain safe working environment and handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a Service Center or transportation industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
