General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adherence to handling procedures.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
