ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our expanding team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring timely and safe operations.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe and efficient freight handling.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet loading/unloading schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with transportation and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
