ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources to ensure efficient loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load balance for safe vehicle operation and assign tasks according to schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment for all personnel and visitors.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and uphold our values-driven culture.
• Execute any other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in service center, transportation, or related field is advantageous.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, with general knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
• Knowledge of freight, imports, exports, and freight handling techniques.
