Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Accounts Payable Administrator at our Corporate Office in Murrieta. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor files, and producing monthly reports. Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, reconciling any discrepancies.
- Review invoices and check requests for necessary documentation and coding.
- Maintain Excel reports, including monthly closing spreadsheets.
- Manage vendor files, address vendor inquiries, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Investigate invoice issues and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
- Generate monthly reports and conduct account analysis as required.
- Assist the accounting department with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
