We are hiring for the position of Accounts Payable Administrator at our Corporate Office in Murrieta. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor files, and producing monthly reports. Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Review invoices and check requests for necessary documentation and coding.
  • Maintain Excel reports, including monthly closing spreadsheets.
  • Manage vendor files, address vendor inquiries, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Investigate invoice issues and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
  • Generate monthly reports and conduct account analysis as required.
  • Assist the accounting department with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
