Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support through efficient business writing, bookkeeping, and organization.
  • Manage employee files and play a key role in the hiring process.
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and contribute to positive online reviews.
  • Handle calendars, correspondence, and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
  • Monitor office inventory to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational foundation.
  • Availability for full-time work, Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
