Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager (TB) to join our team at Domino's. This role involves assisting the General Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, and fostering excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in task coordination and team management.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of team members and future managers through mentoring and leading by example.
- Execute staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, and store cleanliness tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Domino's image standards.
