Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, developing operational plans, and ensuring overall store performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures and cash control policies.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
