Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for staff.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.

- Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain market position.
- Provide product feedback and participate in the hiring process.

- Supervise staff operations and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail management is preferred.
- Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management principles.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
