Assistant Retail Management

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising activities, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance performance. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store meets operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
