Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans to improve performance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans for operational improvement.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
  • Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
