Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management by supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and ensure quality and freshness.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Knowledge of retail management principles and operations.
• Prior management experience preferred.
